In August, a season belonging to the Olympic Games belongs to me. It is a new starting point for Chinese sports and a new starting line for my life.

Before I joined the company, I had been working on the Internet for some time, but I never had a thorough understanding of the editing work before. At the beginning of my work, I entered the work role more quickly. With the help of my colleagues, I began to edit the program of Phoenix Satellite TV, and began to get familiar with all aspects of editing work from the daily recommendation.

In September, with the end of the summer vacation, the demand and duration of starry cinema were greatly reduced. This is the time to test the editing work. Through the weekly regular meetings and colleagues' discussions, I have more in-depth understanding of the finer details of the editing work, and more deeply understand the meaning of "details decide success or failure".

Through continuous learning and trial, the seemingly dull and boring editorial work has become lively and interesting.

Although the overall demand is declining, it is always possible to see hope on the data on the program that you recommend.

The darkness before dawn is hard. The recommendation test on the line may be more representative of this mood. In order to ensure that the new version is on schedule, I and my colleagues in the department work overtime to make new recommendations, check records, follow up the art pictures and procedures, and not let go of a small problem.

From October's on-demand and long time data, the total number of reports was reported. The demand for the month increased by 40% over the same period, and the growth time was 20% compared with September.

The evening theatre was also re launched in October 17th, and on-demand data increased steadily.

In this busy and productive October, I also ended the probation period and had the honor to become a full-time employee of the company.

The last two months of 2008 were joyful.

The revised editing work simplifies the update process and gives us more room for editing. In early November, the broadcasting channel was formally launched and operated. After nearly two months of recommendation and a series of poster publicity, the on-demand and duration of the broadcast channel also showed a steady upward trend, and gradually trained more faithful users of the broadcast channel. Recently, after the communication with the program group, EPG's recommendation test work will be more fluent.

In short, during the past half a year, I actively carried out the work with the company's requirements and worked well with my colleagues and departments.
