The First Forum Of Retail Industry Was Held In Beijing
由中国国际商会、北京工商大学、美国零售联合会联合主办,北京盖博思维教育科技有限公司承办,“第一届零售业人力资源高层论坛暨零售业人力资源沙龙启动仪式” 在北京举行,论坛的主题为“机遇、合作、发展”。
The forum is attended by nearly 200 people from various fields such as government departments, tertiary institutions, research institutes, trade associations and retail enterprises. It will discuss the hot topics in the development of human resources in China's retail industry and share the latest development ideas and management practices in the retail industry, and further analyze the development trend of China's retail industry.
The forum is also one of the series celebrations of the 60th anniversary Building School of Beijing Technology and Business University.

Retail industry is an important part of the national economy. It is an important symbol to measure the degree of economic development in modern society. It plays an increasingly prominent role in promoting production, guiding consumption, promoting economic restructuring and changing the mode of economic growth.

In order to alleviate the shortage of high-end retail compound talents in China, and solve the problem of talent training in retail enterprises in China, we have launched the "training qualification of retail management professional competence". With reference to the retail training and certification standards in the United States, we have conducted in-depth and meticulous localization work by experts from the US retail industry, authoritative experts and scholars from China's retail industry, distinguished professors from enterprises, professors and professors from colleges and universities with rich experience in business management, and so on, and are fully suited to the actual needs of the development of China's retail industry.
The system is mainly targeted at retail enterprise employees, vocational college students and university graduates majoring in retail related businesses. According to the current situation of human resources in China's retail industry and the needs of personnel training in retail enterprises, it is divided into three stages: primary, intermediate and advanced, so as to meet the needs of personnel training at all levels, such as grass-roots jobs, middle management positions, store managers and senior management posts.
