RMB credit card guarantee contract template
The Bank of China (hereinafter referred to as Party A) and guarantor The Great Wall The renminbi credit card applicant (hereinafter referred to as Party B) has signed the following contract with respect to Party B's application for the guaranty of the the Great Wall Renminbi credit card (hereinafter referred to as the Great Wall card).
First, the guarantor (the guarantor of the unit must give the unit) the Bank of China's the Great Wall RMB credit card regulations and the Bank of China the Great Wall RMB credit card contract (unit card), and fulfill the contract.
Two, the guarantor voluntarily guarantees for Party B to use the Great Wall card, and assumes joint and several liability.

The guarantor shall provide Party A with the relevant information truthfully, and agree with the relevant departments, units or individuals to understand the creditworthiness of the unit.
Party A shall keep confidential for the guarantor.
Three, if the guarantor is unwilling to continue to guarantee Party B, he shall apply to Party A for a written surrender. If the debt of Party B is fully cleared after the use of the the Great Wall card is completed, and the the Great Wall card of Party B fails for 45 days, the suretyship liability party may be relieved, otherwise, the guarantor still has the joint and several liability for guaranty.
If a party fails to pay compensation to Party A due to legal reasons, the guarantor shall still be liable for joint guarantee.
Four. When the validity of the the Great Wall card expires, the guarantor fails to submit a written surrender to Party A.
Requirement
Party A will continue to guarantee that Party B will continue to bear the liability of joint guarantee after Party B receives the new card.
Five. This contract shall be governed by the relevant laws of the People's Republic of China. All disputes in this contract shall be governed by the people's Court of the place where Party A is located.
In addition to the other stipulations of Party A and the guarantor, the unsettled issues shall be handled according to Party A's business regulations and financial practices.
