Finally, Qu Huixia, vice-chairman and general manager of Changchun Eurasian Group Limited by Share Ltd, was elected the first president of Jilin textile and clothing chamber of Commerce. Sun Guangchang, President of the former Jilin clothing association, was elected executive chairman. Wang Jinjun, chairman of Jilin chemical fiber Refco Group Ltd, Secretary of the party Committee Wang Jinjun, Tian Zhongjun of the Northeast hosiery textile industrial park development Co., Ltd., chairman of Jilin warm Bird Group Co., Ltd., Li Yuhong, was elected executive vice president. Liu Keli, the Deputy Secretary General of the former Jilin clothing association, was elected secretary general.

At the same time, the vice presidents, governing units and deputy secretaries general units of textile enterprises, clothing enterprises, business and tertiary institutions were selected.

The Jilin textile and clothing chamber of Commerce was formerly the Jilin clothing association.

In order to comply with market changes and enterprise needs, re integrate and adjust the industry resources, promote intra industry integration, and promote the development of Jilin's garment market and industry, the Jilin Garment Association was renamed Jilin textile and clothing chamber of Commerce in July 27, 2010.

It is understood that after the establishment of the chamber of Commerce, it can effectively build an exchange platform for production, supply and marketing for textile and garment enterprises in the province, so that production enterprises can better understand the sales situation of product terminals.
