J Crew is the latest fashion brand that has attracted much attention recently.

The brand was pointed out to be disagreed with employees on the issue of unpaid overtime.

Former employee Andrew Duberry, who worked in the brand from 2010 to 2013, claimed that the company refused to pay for his overtime work.

According to the The Fashion Law website, "in California, under the unified policy and abusive work system plan, there are no employees who are paid by hour or not.

The denial of overtime work allowance and missed allowance for meal time mean that employees in the shop are usually not paid the minimum wage.

The case coincided with a similar legal incident.

The Abercrombie & Fitch brand was sued by its former employee, Samantha Jones.

Samantha Jones worked in the brand from December 2005 to January 2014. She pointed out that the company's policy, practice and procedures deliberately did not give the plaintiff and colleagues of the same experience relevant working hours (followed) reasonable compensation.

At present, the J Crew brand declined to comment on litigation, while Abercrombie & Fitch brands were unable to get in touch.
