Article 1 according to the wishes of Party A, Party B agrees to send Chinese engineers, technical workers and administrative personnel (interpreter, chef) to the work of the State Council.
The specific number, type of work, length of service and monthly salary are detailed in the annex of this contract.
The annex is an inalienable part of the contract.
Second party B's entry and exit procedures for China's entry and exit shall be handled by Party B and borne by the party.
Party B's entry and exit procedures for visas and visas and residence and labor permits required in the territory of the State shall be handled and borne by Party A.
Third article
1. Party B shall pay Party B monthly salary to Party B in accordance with the provisions of this contract during the period of working in the state of the company.

5. Party A will pay 25% of the monthly salary and overtime payment of Party B to the currency of the company.
Fourth Party A shall be responsible for the travel expenses of Party B from the company to the sales department, and to remit the cost to the above Party B account.

Party A shall be responsible for the excess baggage charge of Party B for only one or more one-way trips, with a weight of 20 kg.
Fifth article
1. Party A is responsible for the lodging fee of Party B personnel, and provides pportation from residential area to construction site during the working hours and overtime hours, which is responsible for the medical expenses of state-run hospitals.
2. Party B's wages and overtime pay do not pay income tax.
3. Party A shall insure life insurance for Party B personnel in the state insurance company of the company.

5. the premises provided by Party A include water, electricity, air conditioning and necessary furniture, bed and bedding.
6. the living space of Party B is as follows:

7. Party A provides Party B with kitchen utensils and tableware for the purpose of cooking.
Sixth article
1. Party B works 6 days a week and works 8 hours a day.
2. according to the needs of the project, when Party A needs Party B personnel to work overtime, the overtime pay is calculated according to the following proportion:
Usual overtime is 150% of the daily wage.
Working overtime on Sundays is 200% of daily wages.
Seventh article
1. Party B is entitled to Sunday holidays and the official holidays stipulated by the State Council for 17 days.
2. Party B enjoys 30 days' paid vacation each year.
If Party B is unwilling to enjoy the above holidays or enjoy part of the days, Party A shall provide remuneration to Party B. his wages shall be calculated according to the following methods:

Eighth article
1. according to the general interest, Party A has the right to terminate this contract at any time. In this case, Party B shall enjoy 3 months' salary or the remaining period of this contract, but the shortest time shall prevail.

The Sixteenth Party shall strictly abide by the terms and conditions of this contract. Any party or both parties shall be liable for breach of contract, and shall be responsible for compensation for all economic losses arising therefrom.
Seventeenth, in order to ensure the fulfillment of this contract and its annexes, the two parties shall provide each other with a bank guarantee letter of performance contract, or negotiate other forms of guarantee.
Article eighteenth except for otherwise stipulated in the contract or by consultation with both parties, the rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall not be pferred to the third party without the written consent of the other party.
The nineteenth party is responsible for confidentiality of the contents and implementation of the contract.
