China'S Independently Developed Nano Coloring Technology Is Identified By Science And Technology.

In July 19th, on the basis of not changing the original properties of ordinary fabrics, nano technology was used to make fabrics waterproof, antibacterial, sunscreen, UV resistant, radiation proof and antistatic. After 7 years of independent research and development, it was jointly developed by Beijing nano chromophore company and Guangdong Xinfeng Technology Co., Ltd.

According to Yu Jianyong,

Chromophore technology is a cross boundary fusion of nanotechnology, vacuum technology, new material technology and traditional textile dyeing and finishing technology. It focuses on the surface modification of materials and relies on surface film technology to give ordinary materials new properties.

The technology is developed independently from the whole process of principle research to technology development, equipment manufacturing and industrial production.

The successful industrialization of this technology enables ordinary flexibility.

The function can achieve a qualitative leap, which can insulate the fibers from external oxygen, ultraviolet and mould, and greatly prolong the fiber life.

At the same time, this technology enables carbon fiber and polyimide to achieve coloring and empowerment without reducing any mechanical properties.

Experts say that the industrial application of the technology can provide richer materials for medical, smart wearable and aerospace fields.
