La Chabel Changes Its President Four Times A Year. Zhang Danling, In Charge Of New Retail, Takes Office

The term of office is from the date of deliberation and approval by the board of directors to the expiration date of the Fourth Board of directors.
According to the data, Zhang Danling has worked in La chapel for nearly 20 years. From March 2001 to now, she has successively served as the company's design director, general manager of brand management center, general manager of brand department and general manager of business department. She has been a director of the company from May 2011 to November 2012, and has been a director of the company since May 2020. As co-founder of the company, Zhang Danling is mainly in charge of new retail, online channels and marketing.
Looking through the past announcements of La chapel, it is found that in the past year, the post of president of La chapel has been changed frequently.
On October 29, 2019, Xing Jiaxing resigned as president of La chapel and Yu Qiang took over. On the evening of February 25 this year, La charbell announced that Yu Qiang needed to devote more time and energy to his own business and resigned from the post of executive director and President of the company, and Xing Jiaxing was re appointed as the president of the company. However, within two months, Xing Jiaxing resigned as president again, and Yin Xinzai "took over". Surprisingly, in mid August, Yin Xinzai also announced his resignation as president of La chapel, less than four months after he took office.
In addition to the continuous shock of management, the business model of La chapel is also in continuous adjustment.
On September 2, La chapel announced that its online business would be adjusted to the mode of "brand authorization + operation service". The company would no longer use its own funds to purchase online goods, nor independently operate the sales business of e-commerce platform. In order to support the development of online licensing business, La Chabel also plans to change its name to "Yixin group", and at the same time change the company's business scope and add new projects such as Internet of things technology services, Internet of things technology development, software development, brand design, etc.
In the first half of this year, La chapel also moved the company's registered address from Shanghai to Xinjiang, mainly in order to obtain the policy and capital support of the relocation place, so as to broaden the financing channels of the company and fundamentally ease the liquidity pressure. In addition, rachabel also sold 100% equity of Taicang Xiawei warehousing Co., Ltd. with RMB 725 million, in order to effectively revitalize the company's long-term stock assets and provide financial support for the development of its core business.
Selling assets, "selling tags", changing the name, changing the President... A series of actions of rachabel reflect its urgent hope to reverse the loss situation. In the first nine months of this year, the total revenue of La chapel dropped 69.75% to 1.741 billion yuan year on year, with a net loss of 783 million yuan, a loss of 1.1 billion yuan after deducting non net profit, and its net assets decreased by 62.98% to 459 million yuan from 1.24 billion yuan at the end of last year.
