The opinions put forward the work objectives from three aspects of on-the-job training, skill upgrading and craftsman cultivation, requiring the implementation of the post training plan for all staff in the textile industry, and strengthening the comprehensive training of various pre job training, safety skill training, on-the-job training, post skill upgrading training and general professional quality of textile industry employees. We will implement the plan to upgrade high-end textile industry skilled personnel, promote the construction of high-end textile skilled personnel training base, select and cultivate more than two municipal level textile industry skilled personnel training demonstration bases with radiation leading role, two colleges and universities of textile industry skilled personnel training demonstration occupation (technician), and more than 10 Municipal demonstration enterprises of industry education integration in textile industry. We will reform and improve the evaluation system for skilled personnel, and promote the reform of diversified evaluation systems for skilled personnel in the textile industry, such as vocational qualification evaluation, vocational skill level identification, and special professional ability assessment.
