Maconsef
The "CPTTM fashion incubation scheme (maconsef)" represents the original design concept of Macao. It is co-ordinated by the fashion and image creative department of Macao productivity and technology transfer center. To implement the plan of promoting and supporting the development of cultural and creative industries by the Macao SAR government, winners of the diploma course in fashion design and production are invited to participate in the scheme every year. Under the co-ordination of the center, we will lead the students to work on the simulated commercial platform such as fashion design, production, production management, sales and display, so that the trainees can understand the practical process of fashion design from concept to production from the plan, so as to gather more young people from Macao to join the ranks of fashion design, and jointly promote and develop the fashion design industry in Macao.
Maconsef 2021 design team includes Ding Zhen, Zhou Yingshan, Li Cuiyi and Xie Haolin. Each trainee is given a two-year term. In the future, we will continue to update the design team members and continue to cultivate more young designers.

He Ziying graduated from Otis College of art and design, majoring in fashion design. During her stay in the United States, she worked and studied in Michael kors and Speedo, and founded the brand misazal in 2014.

Designer Chen Lan When I was a child, I especially liked watching fashion shows on TV. When I saw the beautiful clothes on the stage, I would think about how to make them. Fashion design seems to have a natural talent with me. Driven by curiosity, the first white shirt I made for my brother became the beginning of my clothing design road, and then I founded the brand sheeweeling with my sister.

Designer Rong Fengxia Sanjo Iong
Rong Fengxia, Macao original brand designer, member of British footwear association. She founded LEXX Moda in the small town of Northampton in 2001. With 20 years of experience as a brand designer, LEXX Moda opened physical / online sales for brand development in 2018, aiming to create a fashion brand for women's shoes. The brand design has been reported by ATV, ATV, Australia and Japan for many times, and has been invited to participate in the program recording of Macao radio station. Designer Li Huijing Ella Lei
Born in the 1980s, graduated from the design department of Art College of Macao Polytechnic, majoring in multimedia design. After graduation, I have worked in art animation design for four years, especially love illustration; Then I took a course in fashion design. In addition, she participated in various fashion activities, and was selected into Macao's 2014 fashion design sample production subsidy scheme, and won the excellent award of the 23rd China International Young Designers fashion works competition of Hanbo award in Beijing. She worked as an intern in Barney Cheng's studio. The goal is to integrate illustration and fashion development. In 2015, she founded the personal fashion brand "Ella é peler". Now, she is actively developing the brand and participating in various exhibition activities.
Brand Ella é peler In French, é peler is a preposition like word, which is used to make up or connect things. The purpose of the brand is "bring your attitude to life". Through unrestricted tailoring and the combination of various elements, self created illustration patterns, art, etc. are integrated into the fashion, bringing more interest and choice to the clothing, showing the diversity and uniqueness of fashion, The goal is to make every piece a treasure in the wardrobe. "Ella é peler" is launched in the form of series. It does not limit the brand by season. It looks at different people's ways of wearing, and stimulates the brand to create and try more boldly.

This spring and summer series is demure, youth and laziness. Nowadays, young people want to relax and have fun, especially on weekends. They kept waiting for the weekend to get drunk and have a hangover. Clothing emphasizes the feeling of weekdays and weekends. From Monday to Friday, the collection showcases five pieces of clothing to show their mood every week. The main color of the palette is white, showing the purity and cleanness of everyday feeling -- hazy, casual and lazy; Dark colors are for embellishment only.

Series Name: Nick & Jordan - contrast life
The concept of the series stems from the aftermath of the 2019 pandemic, with the theme "connections" and can be material or spiritual. This "connection" symbolizes the connection between people. It presents the life style and attitude of the younger generation and represents the future of human community. It is also like the aesthetics of the power of youth, full of vitality and fearlessness. This is the turning point of "retro futurism," where we are and what we will be. "Pair" is an essential element in this series. Two complementary colors are selected to show the contrast and tacit understanding between people. Screen printing was used to convey the idea of decorative art patterns in the 1920s. High quality materials such as silk and Merino wool are the high-end series.

Series Name: xpose.
The series reflects empowerment, self-identity and energy. The central concept of this series is to expose body parts that are rarely celebrated or praised, to bring light to these features, and to realize that we as humans must accept and love our bodies, whether they are natural or unnatural. Every piece of clothing shows a gradual transformation and maturity, from the inspiration collected by bold and eccentric people to the realization of their dreams. Deep tones represent a fashionable, dynamic journey of self discovery associated with mystery and power.

Series Name: new Victorian era, an aesthetic movement.
The series focuses on desire, power and character. The core idea of the collection is to relive history by looking at antique dresses and reiterating femininity and elegance. Transparency in this series is seen as timeless - someone is peeping into each of us - transparency is a symbol of grace and power. The palette is the contrast between red and black, and laser cut patterns give the garment a chic and elegant look.

Series Name: intimate delivery -- invisible love
It's hard for people nowadays to express their true feelings to their boss, friends or loved ones. What if you feel like an object that everyone can see, without guessing, without misunderstanding, losing a unique and essential person in your life? As a result, the "intimate delivery" series was "born". According to the Oxford Dictionary, the word "intimate" means to be friendly and intimate with each other, while the word "delivery" here is not only to convey information or deliver a package, but also the meaning behind it, the sender's feelings, the receiver, the sender and the object itself. In these five sets of clothing, neutral color is the main color, because "love" is not necessarily red; These clothes contain the antonym heart-shaped hidden in different parts of the suit coat; Folds and folds are used to create a movement of love and care.

The finale of today's Macao Fashion Festival 2021 is the "present · type collection" - the fashion design sample production subsidy scheme work exhibition. Eight designers showed the rich achievements of Macao fashion culture and innovation to the public.
It is reported that, In 2013, the Cultural Bureau of the government of the Macao Special Administrative Region set up the first "fashion design sample production subsidy scheme" for local fashion designers in Macao. This is a powerful measure to encourage and promote the original design of Macao's local fashion. Applicants need to submit applications and manuscripts. After two-stage evaluation of primary selection and selection, eight candidates will be selected and selected by a professional jury "Winner" and "selected works". A subsidy will be granted to the selected candidates to produce fashion design samples and promotional materials, so as to encourage local fashion designers to carry out commercial activities or participate in international fashion exhibitions and sales activities, so as to enhance the level of local fashion design and promote the fashion design achievements of Macao. At the same time, it is also expected that with the help of their professional experience in the field of fashion, they can provide opinions to the participants in the review process, which will help to improve the design concept, marketing and development plan.
Designer Liang minting
Liang minting, now living in Taipei, is studying in the doctoral program of Fine Arts Department of National Taiwan Normal University. In 2012, he completed the diploma course of fashion design and production of Macao productivity and technology transfer center. His graduation work "Chinese ink painting" won the first prize of graduation performance and the best color matching award. Then he was invited by the center to join the CPTTM fashion incubation project (maconsef), and established a personal clothing brand "gel É e" in 2014.
Brand introduction: in French, "gel É e" means "jelly". In short, it is a kind of dessert made by mixing water, sugar and juice together with gelatine. This paper compares the changeable shape and sweet atmosphere of jelly to the brand spirit of "gel É e", hoping to create avant-garde and artistic clothes in the form of people through the ingenious thinking of transforming the cloth and the unrestrained creativity, showing infinite possibilities and interest in wearing.
Designer Huang Minyi
C / W comprehensive designer Huang Min Yi studied fashion design and Production Diploma Course in Macao productivity and technology transfer center. After graduation, she worked as a fashion designer in CPTTM fashion incubation project (maconsef) for two years. She graduated from Macau Polytechnic Institute and graduated from spatial display design. After graduation, she was active in local fashion activities in Macao, C / W collective was founded in 2019.
Brand introduction: C / W collective, founded in 2019, is a Macao fashion brand with a very personal style. With avant-garde and deconstruction as the design style, C / W collective creates unique clothes with different fabrics, and expresses different stories and emotions through clothing. The brand has changed from "product thinking" to "user thinking", thinking from the perspective of customers, providing products that customers want. At the same time, it will pay attention to data analysis to track consumers' preferences, make adjustments to their own design, increase personalized experience, and improve customers' brand preference. Most of the brand products can create different shapes to achieve high wearability and uniqueness, so as to satisfy most customers who have independent self and dare to accept new things, so that customers are more willing to pay for their hobbies and interests.
Designer Gao zhaolang
After studying fashion design and production in Macao productivity and technology transfer center, he decided to pursue his own views on clothing, founded Cordova, and began to try to create his own unique vision from traditional hand-made clothing to fabric processing technology. His work reflects the craftsmanship of the craftsman.
Brand introduction: people always believe that after death, although the body turns into dust, people's will will will continue to survive in another space like a soul. Does the soul control the body and live, or does the body exist to protect the soul? This idea wants to take clothes as the body of people, to spy on what is hidden in the clothes.
Designer Li Jiabao
Li Jiabao majored in language arts at the University of California, Los Angeles. He has a special interest in the structure and history of Chinese characters, especially Chinese characters.
In the United States, he was the editor in chief of fashion bloggers and managed the operation and sales of its fashion brands. He also designed the modeling for China's first pianist Lang Lang at the 50th Academy Awards. After returning to Australia, he was engaged in new media, content creation and fashion design.
Brand introduction: Haoshi cultural and creative Co., Ltd. is the first Chinese aesthetic cultural and creative brand in Macao. It is committed to promoting Chinese culture to be life-friendly and younger. It has the functions of tea house and cultural and creative shop, selling exclusive Chinese fashion and Macao artists' peripheral products.
"Axoxyxoxs" design team
The design team came from Macao and made its debut in 2015. His works have been exhibited in "Hong Kong International Fashion Show", "Shanghai Fashion Week", "Shenzhen Fashion Week" and "Taipei charm Exhibition". In 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2018, it was funded by the Macao Cultural Bureau's fashion design sample production subsidy program to develop design series.
Brand introduction: "axoxyxoxs" symbolizes a group of people who are not labeled, who are not limited by the traditional frame, yearn for freedom, pursue independence and dream. The design focuses on details and originality, while emphasizing matching and practical wear. Simple tailoring and careless details present a low-key, elegant and casual urban style. With the help of clothes, the brand conveys an uncompromising attitude towards life.
Designer Chen Yaliang
Chen Yaliang, graduated from the Department of textiles and clothing, Fu Jen University, Taiwan.
Brand introduction: "work. In. Process. Mo" means "work in process" and "mode", and its Chinese meaning is "in progress". In my opinion, the world is constantly moving. Everything is changing every minute. There is no permanent law. Another meaning of "Mo" is "Macao".
Designer Ding Zhen
Graduated from the Department of visual communication design, he is also a graphic designer tutor of many education centers. He has studied the diploma course in fashion design and production of the productivity and technology transfer center, and was invited by the productivity and technology transfer center to join the CPTTM fashion incubation project (maconsef), responsible for clothing series design and fabric pattern design. Since then, it has founded an independent fashion brand "Demi * D", which has won many fashion design awards in the mainland and Macao.
Brand introduction: brand implies popular, fun seeking, independent, mature and strong women. In the middle of the brand logo, there is a simple pattern design of sunflower, which is also the symbol of the brand sideline. It represents a positive idea and bravely pursues one's own life. For designers, sunflower is a symbol of strength, hoping to bring women the courage to face the pressure of contemporary life and a positive concept.
Designer Xu Yating
Xu Yating obtained her bachelor's degree in fashion design from Kingston University in 2010 and established the women's clothing brand nega C. In addition to being active in fashion design activities and exhibitions in Australia and at home and abroad, he is also keen on local stage costume creation. He has cooperated with local artists and participated in stage costume guidance for many times.
Brand introduction: founded in 2011, nega C. fashion opened a women's clothing store in Macao in August the following year. Since then, it has developed its own design and production of women's shop collection series. "The life you love, the love you live" has always been the creative reference of nega C. The brand is based on the lively women who love life and are not limited by their age. Taking leisure life as the main concept, it integrates street culture, music and art elements to create a lovely and mischievous style in retro style.
