Party B fast food company

After friendly consultations, the two sides reached an agreement as follows:

1. Party B qualification: Party B undertakes that Party B has the corresponding business license and health permit, and all its staff members have health certificates.

2. the standard of serving guests: the guest meal is provided with two yuan, two ingredients and one soup for each RMB.

Party B shall provide the next week's menu with reference to Party A at the end of the week and make partial amendments at the request of Party A.

3. notice: Party A shall report the number of the catering personnel to Party B before 10:30 a.m. and 15:30 p.m., or Party B will contact Party A by telephone.

4. delivery time: Party B shall deliver the meal to Party A between noon 11:20-11:30 and 4:50-5:00 PM daily.

5. the quality of the dinner party: Party B should ensure the quality and quantity of the daily meals. Party A will set up a board of food to supervise the food provided by Party B at any time. If there is any unqualified food (such as rice, vegetables, too much salty food and too little), Party B will be urged to improve it.

The quality of daily food should be in line with nutrition and hygiene, and the profit should not exceed 20%. If the audit found that the profit is more than 20% and the facts are conclusive, the breach of the agreement will be 100 yuan each time, and the three violation of this agreement will be lifted.

6. food hygiene: if the food poisoning causes Party A company employees to any degree of food poisoning, Party B will bear all liability for compensation, and the contract will be terminated.

Party B shall also be responsible for the hygiene of Party A's restaurant, and Party A shall not pay separately.

Party A will appoint health supervisors daily to supervise the hygiene of restaurants.

7. checkout method: for monthly closing, that is, Party B must provide formal invoice to Party A before 30 every month, and Party A will pay the meal to Party B before the 5 th of the month.

8. contract rescission: from the date of the commencement of the agreement, if Party B fails to perform any of the provisions of this agreement, the consequences arising from Party B shall be borne by Party B. Party A shall have the right to rescind the agreement and Party B shall not have any doubt.

In addition to this agreement, either party shall notify the other party 7 days ahead of time if the agreement is to be terminated, and shall not be liable for breach of contract.

9. other terms: this agreement is a non scheduled agreement, in two copies, each party holds one copy and takes effect after signing it.
