The exhibition focuses on displaying objects, models, texts, charts, and image data for the form of people's visits and organized publicity meetings. According to convention, the organizers of the exhibition need to focus on the specific work, mainly including the determination of exhibitors, the dissemination of exhibition contents, the distribution of display locations, matters of security protection, and projects of ancillary services, etc.

When participating in the exhibition, the exhibitors must ask all their dispatched staff to work together and win the battle to win the victory. In the three main aspects of the overall image, courtesy and interpretation skills, the exhibitors should pay special attention to it.

First, efforts should be made to maintain the overall image. Under normal circumstances, people who work on the booth should dress uniformly. At large exhibitions, if the exhibitors arrange special guests to send guests, it is better to ask them to wear their own bright colored cheongsam and the large red ribbons which are written in the name of the exhibitors or their main exhibits. In order to explain their respective identities, all staff members should wear their badges which express their positions, positions and names on the left chest. Only the etiquette ladies can be excepted. According to convention, workers should not wear jewelry, men should be shaving, women are best dressed.

Second, we should always pay attention to people's courtesy. The staff of the exhibitors must truly realize that the audience is their God, and serve them with enthusiasm and dedication.

It is not allowed to be late or early to leave, for no reason to dismiss posts or to roam around the East. It is not allowed to sit or lie down when the audience comes. When the audience approaches their booth, regardless of whether or not the other party greets himself, the staff must smile and proactively say to the other person, "Hello!"

Welcome! "

Then, we should face each other, slightly leaned, put out the right hand, palm up, fingers pointed directly at the booth, and told the other party: "please visit."

When the audience leaves, the staff should sincerely salute the other person, and say "thank you" or "goodbye".

Third, we should be good at using the skills of interpretation. We should pay attention to its strengths and weaknesses while emphasizing the fact that "people do not have me".

When necessary, the audience can also be invited to do the operation on their own, or the staff can conduct on-site demonstrations. However, it is not advisable to compete for, follow the audience to sell exhibits, cheat or force the audience to introduce exhibits.
