The success of the competition has created a design trend in Jilin Province, and many excellent works and talents have sprung up.

In 2010, Jilin, Liaoning and Heilongjiang jointly organized the "warm bird Cup" second costume design competition to start.

The purpose of this competition is to improve the level of clothing design, promote the integration of production, learning and research, stimulate the employment of university students, promote regional economic development, and strengthen inter provincial and inter school exchanges.

This competition is jointly sponsored by Jilin Provincial Education Department, Liaoning provincial education department and Heilongjiang provincial education department. Jilin warm bird group is responsible for co operation with Jilin clothing association, Liaoning Garment Association and Heilongjiang provincial clothing association.

The theme of "facing the market, leading the fashion and creating the first class" continues to be the theme of the design. With the two major projects of men's wear and women's wear as the design points, 29 colleges and universities, 1000 teachers and students and people from the three northeastern provinces have participated since May 1st.

The warm bird cup costume design competition has been held in 09 years. This year, with the support of the provincial and municipal governments and the Education Department of the three provinces and the clothing association, we will hold another second sessions. Next year, we will hold third and fourth sessions.

The "warm bird" costume design competition has been a national focus competition, promoting employment and retaining talents, and making contributions to enterprises in order to improve the level of costume design, promote the development of education and cultural industry and promote regional economic development.
