Shyness. At the job site, they lost their self recommendation books and ran away, facing the interviewer's stammered and red faced people.
Career mentality. It is the right way to be an official, to sharpen your head to the "yamen" drill, and the result is mostly a touches of blood.
Comparisons psychology. Some students speak of "grade", and feel that their grades are good and honors are good at school. It is not known that employing units are not the only criteria for judging talents. Those who are fond of competing for "high school students" can only experience loneliness and desolate in the days when they are cold.
Rely on psychology. Some college students lack the sense of independence. When they go out for a job, they always like their parents or classmates to accompany each other, or a group of schoolmates will apply for the same unit together, hoping to take care of each other in the future. Such an independent minded graduate will only be abandoned by the employer.
Attachment psychology. I am not in a hurry to find a job. I am thinking of climbing up all my relatives and friends and buying a job.
Local psychology. Some college students do not want to go far, so they only want to work in the "one mu three places". Some other college students have boarded the ark of love early, and have stayed at the same trench with the other half after graduation.
Conservative psychology. Lack of competitive consciousness, dare not meet challenges, or hold modest "virtues", do not dare to show their strengths and characteristics, such a person is naturally not favored by employers.
Low is psychology. Contrary to conservative psychology, these people always feel fierce competition and lack of skills, so they dare not make a clean bid for themselves. The unequal agreements issued by some units are also signed, which will bring hidden trouble to future work.
Pessimistic psychology. Some people are radical in their thinking and are always "cool". They are unwilling to go out and look for jobs. They think that the wages here are low and the treatment is bad. When they say they want to find a job, they want to be their own boss.
False psychology. Fake academic credentials, fake certificates, fake honors and so on are not the lifesaving straw for breaking the door of employment.
