The company's salary system


1, principle: take the contribution, ability, attitude and responsibility as the basis of distribution, follow the principle of distribution according to work, efficiency first, fairness and sustainable development.


2. Applicable target: all employees of the company.


3, salary composition: basic wage (including seniority wage, education salary), post salary, performance salary, royalty, bonus.


(1) post wages are determined according to the skills required for jobs and positions, and different posts correspond to different post wage levels.


(2) the length of service wage is determined according to the actual working hours of employees and the time of employees working in the company.


(3) academic salaries are determined according to the educational level of the employees.


(4) performance based pay is determined according to the results of staff assessment.


4. Wage system


(1) annual salary system. Special talents approved by the president, vice president and other CEO. Total wages = basic salary + year-end bonus.


(2) royalty system. It is suitable for staff engaged in marketing. Total wages = fixed salary + performance salary + royalty wage + year-end bonus.


(3) structural wage system. It is applicable to middle and primary level managers, production technicians, functional personnel and logistics management personnel. Total wages = basic salary + merit pay.


(4) fixed wage system. Logistical personnel whose workload is easy to measure.


(5) the timing wage system. It is suitable for production operators with large fluctuation in workload. Total wages = basic salary + merit pay + time wage.


(6) the wages of new recruits: Generally speaking, 70% of the first grade salary in the wage level during the probation period, and no floating wages during the probation period.


5, the company pays the salary according to the actual working days, and the pay date is 15 days per month, paying the salary of last month. In case of holidays, it is postponed until the most recent working day. During the probation period, the employees are paid in cash, and the formal employees receive them in the form of personal bank accounts.
