In September 10, 2007, Henan entry exit inspection and Quarantine Technology Center and Jihua 3515 Leather Shoes Co., Ltd. formally signed the subcontract agreement for the detection of toxic and harmful substances in shoes, and commissioned the first batch of sub contracting inspection business.
The move not only meets the monitoring and control requirements of inspection and quarantine and production enterprises for toxic and harmful substances in export footwear, but also satisfies the requirement that enterprises with inspection exemption can not subcontract their own laboratories.
This is an important part of the commitment made by the Luo working group in September 4th when it inspected the export inspection and rectification work of the enterprise. At that time, the working group conducted a field inspection of the enterprise laboratory, and realized that the enterprise was worried about the difficulty in implementing the laboratory testing project in the rectification test. The working group answered the question within 3 days, and then contacted the Provincial Bureau Inspection Center and the national footwear inspection center.
Although the time is short and the effect is obvious, it shows the meticulous, efficient and pragmatic work style of inspection and quarantine.
