The construction of the first phase of the development area of the Ma Liu River along the Yangtze River officially started construction, marking the opening of the Chongqing China Light Textile and garment city as an important part of the development zone.
In recent years, the pace of garment industry development in our city has accelerated, and the output value of the whole industry has exceeded 15 billion yuan. However, due to various reasons, the phenomenon of small scattered phenomenon is obvious.
In order to gradually reverse this situation and promote the development of garment industry in our city to cluster, scale and brand, the Municipal Economic Information Committee has increased its guidance to trade associations and districts and counties.
After the concept of constructing the clothing city was put forward by Chongqing clothing and Apparel Association, the Municipal Economic Information Committee attached great importance to it, and jointly studied with the relevant units many times, eventually facilitated the construction of the textile and garment city.

The garment city is located in the development area of the Maliu Yanjiang Development Area in Banan. The total planning area is 4.5 square kilometers. After the completion of the project, the output value can reach 100 billion yuan, and 300 thousand people will be employed.
The development area of the project starts 4000 mu, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan, and is divided into two phases.
Among them, the first phase covers an area of 1000 mu, and the two phase occupies 3000 mu.
Chongqing Tuo Wei Construction Co., Ltd. as the main investor of China's textile and garment city project, has invited the national professional organization to plan and design the starting area of the textile and garment city in a high standard and high starting point, and strive to build a modern and modern western China.
