Sichuan Sampling Inspection Rate Of Textiles 96.1%

Recently, the Sichuan Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau issued special textile products to Chengdu, Mianyang, Deyang, Suining, Nanchong, Ziyang, Meishan and other places.

It is understood that a total of 77 batches of children's clothing were inspected. The pass rate was 96.1%. 129 batches of adult garments were sampled, the passing rate was 93%; the 85 batches of bedclothes were checked; the pass rate was 92.9%; the 31 batches of fiber products were selected for inspection, the passing rate was 100%; and the towels and other textiles were checked for 72 times, with a pass rate of 98.6%.

Spot checks found that the quality of 20 batches of products is not qualified, the main problem is that fiber content is inconsistent with the label, color fastness is not qualified.

According to the person in charge of the Sichuan Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau, the pH value is a reflection of the goods.

The use of textile products and the fading and contamination after washing have always been a matter of concern to consumers.

The production of jacket and Jianyang red Ying garment factory in Sichuan Xing Fu Garments Co., Ltd. were found to be unqualified in the sampling inspection.

Improper color fastness projects will affect the actual use of clothing, and dye may also be pferred from clothing to skin, causing damage to the human body.

Fiber content is the main technical index of bedding fabrics, and is also the quality basis for guiding consumption demand.

Spot checks found that the fabric content of bedding is not consistent with the measured results, such as the actual cotton blended fabric marked 100% cotton, shoddy, deceiving consumers.
