The main reason for the unqualified fiber content is that the enterprises do not establish the inspection system for raw materials. When the raw materials are not put into production, the content is not detected to control the quality, and the factory is not detected and tagged at will. At the same time, some enterprises pursue profits too much, reduce costs, and purchase cheap fabrics.

According to the national standard, the allowable range of cotton knitted underwear's pH value is 4 to 7.5.

High pH is easy to cause itching, and even cause dermatitis and other symptoms. The spot test has some batches of pH up to 9.1.

At the same time, some of the pigments on underwear fabrics are easy to fall off and fade. Dye molecules and heavy metal ions can be absorbed by the skin. Human sweat can also reduce dyes to harmful substances and cause harm to the human body.

In this spot check, the color fastness of individual underwear is very poor, and the resistance to water and sweat stains is only two.

The quality supervision department reminds consumers that when choosing knitted underwear products, they should first see clearly the labels.

In general, the product labels of the regular enterprises are perfect and accurate, and the products whose labels are missing or confused often have quality problems.
