Anta Sports Completes Acquisition Of Ancestors Of Birds
Anta sports (02020.HK) previously acquired Amer Sports application from the Helsinki stock exchange delisting.
It is understood that the tender offer can be traced back to December 2018. Anta bought all the issued and issued shares of Amer Sports in cash offer. The offer price per share is 40 euros, and the tender offer is worth about 4 billion 600 million euros.
Statistics show that Amer Sports was established in 1950, and was listed on the Helsinki stock exchange as early as 1977. Its flagship brands include Salomon Salomon, Arc 'teryx eulogy, Atomic Ato Mick, Suunto song Tuo and so on. Among them, the most famous Canadian clothing and equipment brand is Amer Sport, which was bought in 2005.
