The plan covers an area of more than 2600 mu, with a construction area of about 400 thousand yuan, and the total investment of the project is about 2 billion 800 million yuan. This person explained that in the total cost of the enterprise, raw material cost is not calculated, only the wage cost has exceeded 30%-40% at present. In fact, the continuous rise of human cost is fatal to the total cost of the enterprise.

The brand enterprises are biased towards Shanghai, because Shanghai is a gathering place for R & D and business talents, while some manufacturing enterprises will go to the inner regions because of the abundant raw materials and labor resources.
