Glonghui, October 12, Jiangsu Guotai (002091. SZ) disclosed the plan for public issuance of convertible corporate bonds. According to relevant laws and regulations, and in combination with the company's financial situation and investment plan, the company plans to issue convertible corporate bonds through public offering, with the total amount of raised funds no more than 4.557 billion yuan (inclusive). After deducting the issuance expenses, the net amount of raised funds is planned to be invested as follows Projects: of which, 1.528 billion yuan was used for Myanmar textile industry base construction project; 1.475 billion yuan was used for Zhangjiagang yarn R & D and intelligent manufacturing project; 601 million yuan was used for Vietnam textile dyeing and finishing construction project; 203 million yuan was used for Cathay Pacific Group data center construction project; 400 million yuan was used to repay bank loans; and 350 million yuan was used to supplement working capital.
