On March 29, in the production workshop of Xinjiang pallac carpet factory in the economic development zone (Toutunhe District), the stop worker mireguli ruziwako is connecting the carpet spinning thread (left picture), and her colleagues are checking the finished carpet products (right picture). In the spinning workshop, tens of thousands of spindles rotate at high speed, conveying, changing coils, jointing and testing In the carpet production workshop, three workers can operate a large-scale digital carpet loom, and the production efficiency is three times that of the original; in the textile machinery production workshop, a spinning machine can draft, twist and wind the semi-finished roving or yarn into spinning tube yarn, and the number of spindles can reach 2016

The development of textile and clothing industry in Xinjiang has unique resources and geographical advantages. In recent years, the autonomous region attaches great importance to the development of the textile and clothing industry, and has successively issued a series of policies and measures, such as the textile and clothing industry to promote employment, the management measures of special subsidy funds for textile and garment enterprises, and effectively promote the high-quality development of the textile and clothing industry.

Nowadays, the pace of transformation and upgrading of Xinjiang's textile and garment industry is speeding up, and the trend of digital and intelligent development is increasingly apparent, which promotes the green and sustainable development of textile and clothing industry.

From "weaving" to "intelligent manufacturing"

On March 29, in the automatic production workshop of Xinjiang Yida Textile Co., Ltd., after more than ten processes such as combing, drawing, roving, spinning and winding, cotton turns into finished yarn. In the production process, in addition to remote central control operation, workers can also use mobile app for management.

This workshop is a green intelligent chemical plant with an annual output of 40000 spindles of cotton spinning. In 2017, the company introduced first-class equipment and technology, and developed its own management system. The whole production line is more intelligent and automatic.

Li Guanghai, general manager of Xinjiang Yida Textile Co., Ltd., said that through the use of more automatic equipment and the introduction of talents, the workshop can play a greater role in the efficiency of the equipment, realize the updating and upgrading of the production mode, and finally produce high-quality products.

In the production workshop of Xinjiang pallac carpet factory, digital carpet looms are running orderly, colorful polypropylene fiber lines converge to the automatic production line, and at the other end, carpets formed one by one are gorgeous and colorful.

At present, a large number of domestic cotton spinning enterprise groups have landed in Xinjiang, and most of them use the first-class ring spinning, rotor spinning, vortex spinning and other spinning machines and fully automatic spinning production lines at home and abroad. Advanced intelligent equipment and new spinning technology are widely used.

At the same time, the product quality and market competitiveness of textile enterprises in Xinjiang have been significantly improved, which can meet the yarn demand of downstream high-end brand enterprises.

Under the trend of intelligent manufacturing, the autonomous region has successively issued supporting policies to guide textile enterprises to accelerate structural adjustment, transformation and upgrading, form a cotton textile industry chain, gradually eliminate the cotton spinning capacity with the scale of less than 30000 spindles and backward equipment, and accelerate the pace of intelligent and green development.

From improving quality to promoting employment

Intelligent production line not only brings efficiency change, but also brings quality change.

In the production workshop of a textile machinery factory in the capital city, in front of a fast-moving equipment, a piece of cotton thread that is thinner than the hair will go back and forth. As long as you break a cotton thread, it will be immediately discovered by the keen robot. It will adjust instantly, and automatically connect the broken cotton thread in two seconds, and then continue to operate orderly.

Under the dual effects of intelligence and raw material quality, Xinjiang textile industry is gradually moving towards the middle and high-end.

Li Guanghai said frankly that the company's group has been engaged in fabric and garment production for more than 40 years, among which there are many proprietary technologies and equipment, but the quality of raw materials directly determines the yarn quality and the downstream fabric and clothing quality. Xinjiang cotton has good quality, so the products produced by the enterprise are of high quality.

With the implementation of intelligent digital concept in Xinjiang pallac carpet factory, the process flow is shortened, the product quality is stable, the loss of raw materials is reduced, and the income of workers is higher.

In front of the plant's digital equipment, 23-year-old operator Ali Mujiang mcmatikadir went back and forth to check the data parameters and the operation of the equipment.

Alimujiang mcmatikadir said that after three years of working in the factory, his wages rose from 2500 yuan to 4000 yuan.

At present, there are 89 workers in Xinjiang pallac carpet factory, most of whom come from northern and southern Xinjiang. Enterprises in their own production, but also promote the construction of Xinjiang carpet industry demonstration park.

It is expected that 200 people will be employed this year, and 1400 people will be employed after the whole carpet Industrial Park is put into operation, the factory director, Kerim mamatinyaz, said.

The high-quality development of Xinjiang's textile and clothing industry has promoted employment and achieved actual results. Up to now, nearly 600000 people have been employed in Xinjiang's textile and clothing industry.

From "a cotton" to "a dress"

Nowadays, the textile enterprises in Xinjiang continue to improve the supporting capacity of the industry and promote the textile and clothing industry to extend to the whole industrial chain.

Li Guanghai said that since settling down in Xinjiang in 1998, the enterprise has formed a vertical integrated supply chain production enterprise from cotton breeding, planting, flower ginning to producing high count and extra high count cotton yarn.

They are extending the upstream and downstream industrial chain by expanding the scale of production.

From the Municipal Bureau of industry and information technology (Big Data Development Bureau), at present, the textile and garment industry in our city has realized the transformation from "one cotton" to "one silk", "one cloth" and "one garment". Urumqi textile and garment industry is accelerating the construction of the whole industrial chain.

Zhu Wei, head of the industrial development and planning management section of the Municipal Bureau of industry and information technology (Big Data Development Bureau), said that in recent years, the capital has accelerated the development of the textile and clothing industry to the whole industry chain. At present, the structure of the textile and garment industry has been upgraded significantly, from cotton spinning, wool spinning, tooling and other single structure products to high-end products, service trade and textile machinery. The clothing and home textile industry has gradually changed from "small and miscellaneous" to "high and fine".

According to the regional textile and clothing industry planning layout of "three cities, seven parks and one center", the Urumqi International Textile and clothing center project, which integrates R & D, marketing, exhibition and trading, has invested 4.3 billion yuan. It is expected to be fully operational in 2024, which will further extend the Urumqi textile and garment industry chain.

Nowadays, Xinjiang textile and clothing industry has formed a relatively complete chain, covering chemical fiber, spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing, clothing and apparel, household textiles, knitwear, industrial textiles and other production fields.
