In order to thoroughly implement Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, fully, accurately and comprehensively implement the new development concept, accelerate the construction of a new development pattern, make concerted efforts, give consideration to the long-term and short-term, comprehensively implement policies, release the consumption potential, and promote the sustained recovery of consumption, with the consent of the State Council, the following opinions are put forward.

(1) focusing on the main body of the insurance market, we will increase efforts to help enterprises to relieve their difficulties.
