GCL Energy Technology (002015): Plans To Increase Capital By 250 Million Yuan To Its Subordinate Holding Subsidiary
GCL energy technology (002015) announced on the evening of June 1 that in order to expand the operation scale of the company's subordinate holding subsidiaries and enhance the overall operation strength and market influence of the subordinate holding subsidiaries, Suzhou Xinyu Energy Technology Co., Ltd. ("Suzhou Xinyu") plans to use its own funds to increase cash capital of 250 million yuan to its subsidiary Suzhou suneng Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Suzhou suneng). After the completion of the capital increase, the registered capital of Suzhou Xinyu Energy Technology Co., Ltd. will be changed from 500 million yuan to 750 million yuan.
The main purpose of this capital increase is to enhance the overall business strength of Suzhou Shenneng, increase its influence in the mobile energy market, and lay a foundation for further expanding the mobile energy market.
