Scientific and technological innovation has entered the stage of "parallel and leading" from "following and running together". The transformation of digitalization and greening has been accelerated, and the application fields have been continuously expanded, The industrial competitiveness has been continuously consolidated and improved, specifically in the following four aspects.
First, the strength of scientific and technological innovation continued to increase. The collaborative innovation mechanism of textile industry chain has been continuously improved, and the R & D investment of enterprises has been continuously strengthened. The whole industry has built 2 national level manufacturing innovation centers, 6 national key laboratories, 81 national enterprise technology centers and other innovation institutions. A large number of key technologies have been broken through in the fields of fiber materials, textile equipment and green manufacturing, and the independent and controllable ability of the textile industry chain has been continuously enhanced.
Second, the effect of production mode reform is obvious. The application of digital and green technology has promoted the change of textile production mode. The digital cotton spinning production line has reduced the labor force of ten thousand cotton spindles from 60 to 15. The chemical fiber intelligent factory has realized the whole process digitalization of raw material transportation, process control, automatic winding packaging and storage. A number of green factories and green supply chains have been built, and textile production has been transformed from mass production to personalized flexible production, meeting the needs of small batch, multi variety and timeliness.
Third, the industrial application field has been continuously expanded. In addition to meeting the basic needs of people's livelihood, such as clothing and household use, the textile industry has been expanding in the field of industrial application. It plays an important role in aerospace industry, civil engineering and so on. In 2021, the processing capacity of industrial textile fiber is 19.35 million tons, nearly double that of 2012, accounting for one third of the total fiber processing capacity.
Fourth, international cooperation has reached a new level. The textile industry actively uses the "belt and road" and RECP mechanisms to build a mutually beneficial and win-win industrial cooperation system and open up diversified markets. In 2021, the total export volume of textiles and clothing reached 315.5 billion US dollars, a record high, accounting for more than 30% of the world's exports of similar products. Since 2012, the textile industry has invested more than 11 billion US dollars, involving chemical fiber, spinning and weaving, clothing and other industrial chain links, strengthening the capacity cooperation with Southeast Asia, Africa and other regions, and establishing a diversified flexible supply chain.
Promote the inheritance and innovation of textile intangible cultural heritage, and promote the construction of original trend brand
In recent years, China's brand building has achieved remarkable results, especially the rise of Guochao brand, which is loved by the majority of consumers. Clothing consumption presents the trend of personalization, differentiation and convenience. The textile industry continues to strengthen brand building, promote mass customization and other new models to meet differentiated consumer demand. Cao Xuejun introduced that with the continuous development of economy and society, the personalized, differentiated and diversified consumption demand of consumers continues to expand, which has become the main trend of consumption upgrading. In order to meet the differentiated consumption demand, the following three aspects are mainly carried out:
One is to develop functional fiber materials. In conjunction with relevant departments in the 12th Five Year Plan, the 13th five year plan and the 14th Five Year Plan period, the chemical fiber development guidelines were continuously formulated and issued to support the development of differentiated, functional and high-performance fibers, to release the trend of fiber popularity in China, and to guide the collaborative innovation of fiber and industrial chain. At present, chemical fiber accounts for more than 85% of the textile materials, including conductive intelligent, ecological antibacterial, functional heat preservation, quick drying and cool feeling Green fiber and other functional fiber materials are competing to be popularized, which enriches consumers' choice of textile functional diversification.
The second is to cultivate new industrial state and new mode. Promote the in-depth application of big data, artificial intelligence, industrial Internet and other information technologies in the textile industry, develop three-dimensional anthropometry and virtual fitting system, textile intelligent design and manufacturing system, promote large-scale personalized customization new mode, subdivide consumption scenarios, and strengthen category innovation. Third, promote the brand building of Guochao. We will continue to carry out the tracking and cultivation of textile and clothing brands, organize pilot demonstration of textile and garment creative design parks, support various regions and industries to hold fashion week, design competition and other activities, promote inheritance and innovation of textile intangible cultural heritage, and enhance brand cultural confidence. At present, domestic textile and clothing consumption is dominated by domestic brands, the proportion of original fashion brand consumption scale in brand consumption is rapidly increasing, and the recognition, reputation and influence of domestic textile and clothing brands continue to increase.
For the next step, Cao Xuejun said that the Ministry of industry and information technology will implement relevant policies and plans, continue to promote collaborative innovation in the industrial chain, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of high-end, digital and green industries, better meet and create new consumption demands, and continuously consolidate and enhance the competitive advantage of the industry.
