Xu Yingxin mentioned that China's textile industry's leading position in global exports is still stable, but the main export markets and the structure of export products in the industry have changed, and ASEAN continues to become the largest export market in the industry.
   With the continued release of the dividend of the RCEP policy, China's exports to some RCEP member countries increased significantly from January to May this year, and to countries along the "Belt and Road" also showed an increasing trend. At present, RCEP has entered the stage of full implementation, and China has close textile and clothing trade relations with RCEP member countries. In particular, China and Japan have established a free trade partnership for the first time, achieving a historic breakthrough. Relevant tariff concessions and other policies will be conducive to the fair competition of China's textile industry in the Japanese market.
   RCEP will further promote industrial division and cooperation between China and ASEAN, and drive two-way trade growth of upstream and downstream products in the textile industry. "RCEP countries have become an important destination for investment in the textile industry. Textile machinery enterprises should actively explore the market of free trade partner countries, seize the opportunity to look for market growth, while paying attention to the competitive risks brought by the tariff reduction of some imported products, do a good job in the long transition period, and constantly improve the technical level and product quality." Xu Yingxin said, Since this year, the domestic economy has continued to improve. Despite challenges in foreign trade, enterprises are giving full play to their vitality, taking the initiative to seize orders and expand the market. It is believed that under the "double circulation" pattern, textile machinery enterprises will make great achievements.
   Indeed, while coping with the complex economic environment in a leisurely manner, if enterprises want to achieve healthy development, they should take the initiative in "practicing internal skills" to better promote the development and innovation of original and leading technologies of textile machinery.
   "Six key projects" promote the scientific and technological progress of the industry

   Hou Xi, vice president of the China Textile Machinery Association, said that the textile machinery industry had made smooth progress in the 14th Five Year Plan and the industry had developed steadily. According to the development goals of the "14th Five Year Plan", promote green textile production equipment, textile intelligent processing equipment Key projects such as high-tech textile equipment, intelligent manufacturing upgrading of textile machinery enterprises, common technologies of textile machinery and textile machinery standard system will promote the high-end, intelligent, green and integrated development of textile equipment.
   Since the issuance of the Guiding Opinions on the Development of Textile Machinery Industry during the 14th Five Year Plan, China Textile Machinery Association has presided over and completed the appraisal of 58 domestic textile machinery scientific and technological achievements, 54 of which have reached the international advanced level, and 4 of which have reached the domestic leading level; The new products of textile machinery won 10 first prizes and 20 second prizes of the "Light of Textile" Science and Technology Award of China Textile Industry Federation; 8 new product R&D centers in China's textile machinery industry; Key textile machinery enterprises have obtained 306 authorized invention patents, 2596 authorized utility model patents and 92 design patents.

   In terms of key projects of textile green production equipment, the continuous dyeing production line of polyester woven fabric and knitted fabric has been completed, the large capacity Lyocell fiber complete equipment is progressing smoothly, and the non fibrillar Lyocell fiber complete equipment and Lyocell fiber filament complete equipment are being tackled.
   Many key projects of textile intelligent processing equipment are progressing smoothly, including the key technology and equipment of high-speed winding head "rigid flexible coupling", the key technology and complete equipment of automated and continuous short process spinning, the intelligent material conveying equipment and system of printing and dyeing plants, the complete equipment of multi die head wide width spunbonded melt blown nonwovens, the high-speed rapier loom (650 rpm), High speed air jet looms (1000 rpm), fully formed computerized flat knitting machines, and ultra wide gauge double needle bed warp knitting complete sets of equipment have achieved industrial promotion, which has driven the expansion of warp knitting products in the industrial field, with more than 500 sets of them being industrialized.
   Key projects of a variety of high-tech textile equipment are progressing smoothly, including large tow high-performance carbon fiber complete equipment and industrial application, high-speed multi axial warp knitting machine, fiber composite preformed body loop track three-dimensional knitting machine, filament spunbonded needle punched nonwoven complete equipment, etc.
   The key project of intelligent manufacturing upgrading of textile machinery enterprises is also constantly advancing. Based on the new production process, the weaving machine manufacturing intelligent factory carries out digital production mode, and studies the automatic loading and unloading logistics system, warehouse building system, etc; Information systems including production equipment interconnection, online production information detection and feedback, and centralized production process management and control have been developed to realize the informatization and automation of the whole production process of weaving machinery.
   Significant breakthroughs have been made in key projects of common technology of textile machinery. The intelligent production and automatic assembly of high-speed non-standard bearings for textiles have progressed smoothly, solving the technical problem of automatic assembly of non-standard special bearings for textiles; A multi-scale, multidisciplinary and multidisciplinary film evaporation simulation system with a single kettle producing 50000 tons of large capacity Lyocell fiber per year was established, and a film scraping evaporation dissolution system based on digital twins was developed.
   In addition, key projects of textile machinery standard system have also achieved phased results. National standard plans such as Textile Equipment Interconnection and Interoperability Part 2: Spinning and Textile Equipment Interconnection and Interoperability Part 3: Chemical Fiber have been issued and are in the process of preparation. In 2021, China Textile Machinery Association established the Group Standardization Technical Committee of Textile Machinery Association, and established 13 major group standard systems, focusing on intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing.
   In the early period of the 14th Five Year Plan, the Opinions pointed out the development direction for the industry.    Intelligent manufacturing upgrading accelerates high-quality development of the industry
