Wenshang County, Jining City, Shandong Province, based on the textile and clothing industry, actively cultivates regional characteristic brands, promotes the textile and clothing industry to integrate into the high-end industrial chain, and creates new advantages for regional economic development.

Hongruixuan Garments is a garment processing and research and development enterprise. This year, the orders continue, and the annual output value can reach 300 million yuan.

Cui Yu'e, director of Wenshang County Hongruixuan Clothing Co., Ltd., said, "Most of the sun protection clothing produced in our workshop is now in cooperation with the leading enterprises of sports brands. The number of (each) single models is about 60000 to 100000, and the output value is about 5 to 6 million yuan. All the orders before the year have been arranged."

In recent years, Wenshang County has cultivated the textile and clothing industry as a key leading industry, striving to create regional brands with characteristics. Among them, the leisure clothing industry has formed an industrial cluster with local characteristics and advantages, and has been successfully included in the 2023 list of provincial SME characteristic industrial clusters. With this brand advantage, The Bank of China has set up the province's only county-level exclusive financial product "leisure clothing loan" in Wenchang.

According to the operating years, market share, sales revenue and other standards of enterprises, the credit line is determined. The products are divided into mortgage and credit categories. The approval is fast, the interest rate is low, and the credit materials are simple. We have approved 80 million yuan (loan) for 25 local textile and clothing enterprises, to solve the problem of financing difficulties for clothing enterprises."

Wenshang County has more than 700 textile and clothing enterprises, with an annual output of more than 400 million pieces of various clothing, accounting for 1.3% of the total national clothing output. In order to promote the integration of the textile and clothing industry into the high-end industrial chain, the local government has actively built an industrial chain service platform, and has successively established strategic cooperation relations with Zhejiang Zhili, Jiangsu Changshu and other well-known industrial cluster areas.

Wang Huazheng, the director of the special class of textile and clothing industry in Wenshang County, said, "We will attract brand clothing enterprises from well-known industrial cluster areas to Wenshang and help our enterprises integrate into the well-known clothing industry chain. Up to now, our county has successively reached more than 2.4 million clothing processing orders, including 2.26 million down jacket orders, with an estimated new production increase of 300 million yuan."

From January to October this year, the textile and clothing enterprises above the designated size of Wenshang County achieved an output value of 3.024 billion yuan, up 9.98% year on year, of which 18 climbing enterprises achieved a revenue of 1.876 billion yuan, up 24.09% year on year.
