　　 In order to deeply understand the development of Jiangxi textile and clothing industry and promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry, Xia Lingmin, Secretary General of China Textile Industry Federation, and his delegation went to Jiujiang and Nanchang in Jiangxi Province to carry out special research from April 15 to 16. The research team went deep into the industrial parks, key enterprises and platform institutions of the two cities to learn more about production and operation, technological innovation, domestic and foreign market development, etc. Xia Lingmin fully affirmed the achievements of textile and clothing industry in Jiujiang, Nanchang and even Jiangxi in recent years, and put forward suggestions and opinions on promoting high-quality development of the industry.

　　 In Jiujiang City, Xia Lingmin and his party successively inspected key enterprises and platforms such as Sideli (China), Zhongke Xinxing, Baoxin Textile, Yiyang Textile, Yaya, Yutong Zhongmiao Textile, Obert Garments, Jiangxi Textile Industry Brain, Gongqingcheng Garment Industry Research Institute, and learned about enterprise production and operation, technological transformation, market expansion, and industrial innovation achievements in detail. In the intelligent production workshop of Yutong Zhongmiao, Xia Lingmin appreciated the enterprise's efforts to promote digital upgrading and improve production efficiency, and encouraged enterprises to further increase R&D investment, strengthen digital and intelligent transformation and enhance core competitiveness.

　　 In Nanchang City, Xia Lingmin and his delegation visited three key enterprises, Huaxing Knitting, Dongshen Knitting and Zhongtuo Garment, focusing on the impact of tariff changes on enterprises' international trade, as well as enterprise brand building, supply chain optimization and green manufacturing. He pointed out that Nanchang, as the capital of Jiangxi Province, should give full play to the advantages of industrial agglomeration and promote the development of the textile and clothing industry in the direction of high-end, intelligent and green. At the same time, in view of the current complex international trade environment and policy changes, relevant government departments should give more policy support and guidance to enterprises to help them overcome the current difficulties.

　　 During the survey, Xia Lingmin had in-depth exchanges with relevant government departments and enterprise leaders in Jiujiang and Nanchang on the challenges and opportunities facing the current industry, and put forward three suggestions on the development of the two industries based on the survey: first, strengthen scientific and technological innovation. Encourage enterprises to strengthen intelligent transformation, promote the application of industrial Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies, and improve production efficiency and product added value; Second, optimize the industrial layout. Promote the differentiated development of Jiujiang, Nanchang and other regions, improve the supporting industrial chain, and enhance the cluster effect; Third, strengthen the construction of independent brands. Enterprises in both cities should accelerate the transformation from "co processing" to "branding", make full use of e-commerce, live broadcast and other new formats to expand the market and enhance market competitiveness.
