Recently, the national quality supervision key products inspection method Standardization Technical Committee professional footwear products inspection methods professional working group (referred to as the "Inspection Committee footwear working group") settled in Wenzhou. In the future, Wenzhou footwear enterprises will get more opportunities to participate in the formulation of industry standards, so as to provide favorable conditions for seizing the commanding heights of the industry, and rely on the technological research and development advantages of these organizations to promote the optimization and upgrading of their own industrial structure.
The footwear inspection team is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the national standard system for the inspection methods of key footwear products in the national quality supervision, and the technical review of the national standard revision of key footwear products inspection methods, and puts forward suggestions for the establishment of the national standards for footwear products inspection, and the effectiveness evaluation and review of the national standards for footwear products inspection methods.
The footwear working group is the only professional working group of footwear product testing methods in the country. The establishment of the working group is of great significance for standardizing the testing methods of footwear products, and has started the work of the inspection and quarantine Commission in the field of footwear products.
Prior to that, the national shoe Standardization Technical Committee Secretariat of leather shoes Technical Committee was set up in the Municipal Quality Inspection Institute, which is mainly responsible for the national standard revision of leather shoes product technical requirements and testing methods.
It is understood that in 1997, the national industrial standard "pfer leather" was drafted by Wenzhou the Yellow River Leather Co., Ltd. and promulgated and implemented in Wenzhou. Subsequently, in the process of formulating national and industrial standards such as synthetic leather, furniture, electrical appliances, valves, etc., there appeared signs of temperature and enterprise.
In 2008, the city drafted 108 National standards, industry standards and local standards, including 53 national standards (12 leading drafting), 51 industrial standards (10 leading drafts) and 4 local standards (2 leading draft). In 2007, the city drafted 45 standards, of which 3 were national standards. In 2006, 20 standards were drafted, including 5 national standards.
There is a popular saying in the economic circles: "first class, second tier enterprises produce brands, and three streams of enterprises produce products." Competition for standard setting has become another "battleground" between enterprises. The quality control institute and the Kangnai group jointly completed a test method to assess the bond strength of the shoe sole, which became the national standard and came into effect in August 1, 2008. "We should use our method to assess the bonding strength between upper and sole." City Quality Inspection Institute standard department responsible person said so.
The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Bureau of quality supervision believes that the successful implementation of a standard will not only help improve the position of enterprises in the industry, enhance their popularity and product competitiveness, but also promote the standardized development and further upgrading of the whole industry. Our city has drafted 61 national standards in 3 years, which is conducive to upgrading the overall level and the right to speak of "made in Wenzhou".
