The Municipal Economic and Trade Commission statistics show that there are 2633 shoe making enterprises in Wenzhou, of which 871 are above scale enterprises.

In 2001, "China Shoes Capital" was settled in Wenzhou.



In view of the low grade of product, the phenomenon of product isomorphism, and the lack of R & D capability in Wenzhou shoes and leather industry, our city takes "building the headquarters economy" as the main measure to upgrade and upgrade the shoe leather industry.



It is reported that our city plans to build 100 thousand square meters of "China Shoes Capital headquarters" building in the new business district of Ouhai.

The "product design and Research Center" and "Wenzhou famous brand" museum are set up in the mansion, which integrates product design, development and development, and brand display.



At the same time, our city also plans to migrate the existing southern Zhejiang shoe market and the southern Zhejiang shoe material market to the two phase of the China shoe capital headquarters economic Park in the three phase of the Chinese shoes city, so as to facilitate the park enterprises to draw materials locally and apply modern logistics functions to "connect" the production elements in the industrial park to enhance the advantages and image of the whole Chinese shoe capital industrial park.



It is also reported that in the future, our city will vigorously promote the brand cultivation of shoe leather industry, and win the first regional brand of Zhejiang in 2008, and create a new regional brand in China.

At the same time, we will accelerate the pace of creating world brands by 3 brands such as Kangnai, AOKANG and red dragonfly, and urge the 4 products of Jin Di, Ju Yi, Leatrice and Tamar to strive to create China's export brand.



Experts who participated in the demonstration conference gave a high evaluation of the implementation plan, and put forward opinions and suggestions on perfecting, refining and deepening the implementation plan.

The expert group agreed that the implementation of the plan will further expand the regional economy of Wenzhou shoe leather region, promote industrial agglomeration and steadily promote the pformation and upgrading of the industry.



The implementation plan will be submitted to the executive meeting of the municipal government after deliberation and approval.
