Operating activities can be carried out according to the business license according to law.
The registration matters of individual industrial and commercial households mainly include the name and residence, composition, scope of operation and business premises of the operator.
Those who are operated by individuals shall be the applicants themselves, and the family members shall be the applicants.
If an individual applies for registration, the applicant or his entrusted agent may register directly with the industrial and commercial department where the place of operation is located.
Individual business owners submit false materials for fraudulent registration, or forge, alter, lease, lend or pfer.

The licences shall be ordered by the registration authority to make corrections, and a fine of not more than 4000 yuan shall be imposed; if the circumstances are serious, the registration shall be revoked or the business license revoked.
If the registration of the individual industrial and commercial households is changed, and the registration is not registered, the registration authority shall order correction, and impose a fine of not more than 1500 yuan; if the circumstances are serious, the business license shall be revoked.
If an individual business owner violates the provisions of the twenty-fifth provision of these measures, he shall be ordered by the registration authority to make corrections within a specified time. If he fails to make corrections within the time limit, he shall be fined not more than 500 yuan.
If an individual industrial and commercial household fails to conduct the annual inspection within the prescribed time limit, the registration authority shall order it to make corrections within a prescribed time limit; if the overdue correction is not made, the business license shall be revoked.
The regulations on the registration and management of individual industrial and commercial households also stipulate the legal responsibilities of individual business owners in violation of regulations.
