According to the latest news from the US media, British luxury

Burerry is facing a class action lawsuit in the United States. It is accused of using a misleading price tag to fool consumers in discount stores and is suspected of cheating consumers.

Some sources pointed out that luxury brands now specializes in producing specific products for discount stores, and deliberately provide false product information that has never been sold in their regular retail outlets to mislead consumers.

Discount stores are mainly used to sell surplus or off season goods at preferential prices. However, some retailers also specialize in making discount stores.

The lawsuit is a recent case of accusing luxury brands of making up the price of physical stores for discount stores.
