An independent diatomite online feeding device and a two-stage melt filtration system were designed. The key components of the mixing and spinning equipment such as ceramic material were developed. The spinning process and preparation system of diatomite loaded titanium dioxide functional fiber were developed. Functional fibers such as high efficiency decomposition, formaldehyde removal, bacteria inhibition, negative ion emission, far-infrared ray, functional fibers such as hollow and porous fibers were successfully developed, and a series of home textile products were developed. The identification method of diatomite modified fiber was established, and the product standard was established.

The project solves the technical problems such as spinning breakage and roll rollers, and builds a diatomite modified fiber production line with excellent spinnability and safe and stable production.

The 6 diatomite modified fibers have been successfully applied to the series of home textile products such as winter quilts, spring and autumn quilts, summer quilts, quilts, heating accessories, comfortable pillows, multi-functional mattresses, bed mats, soft mats and so on. They have the functions of removing formaldehyde, bacteriostatic, anti mite, far-infrared, releasing negative ions, and satisfying the urgent needs of people for health, comfort, environmental protection and high quality textiles.

The product was successfully extended to the national market and achieved good economic and social benefits.
