China Maoist Free Trade Agreement Brings New Business Opportunities To The Textile Industry Of Mauritius; Mauritius; Textile Industry

According to the express, the signing and formal entry into force of the China Mauritian free trade agreement has brought new business opportunities to the textile industry in Mauritius. Wensum Ltd., a textile company, exported a batch of high-end suits worth 4 million rupees to Shanghai, China on Saturday. Gerburton, CEO of Wensun company, said that in order to be the first company to exploit the Chinese market with preferential terms, the China Maoist free trade agreement opened a window of hope for Mauritian enterprises and reversed the passive situation that the company faced bankruptcy and liquidation during the epidemic period.

Founded in 2007, the company is headquartered in Hong Kong, China, and the factory is located in jube City, Mauritius. It produces 200 pieces of ready-made clothes every day and exports 50000 pieces annually. It works for Cartier, Richard James and many other international famous brands. At present, the UK is its largest market in Europe.
