The conference focused on the technical difficulties in dyeing and finishing of Lyocell fiber fabrics, solved the development of fibrillar and functional products, and carried out in-depth discussions from the production end to the application end, aiming to accelerate the marketization application process of Lyocell fiber through technological innovation and collaborative cooperation, and help the industry to achieve green transformation.
Focus on green transformation and gather the force of industrial chain
Lin Lin, president of China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association, pointed out in her speech that China's printing and dyeing industry has achieved significant improvement in technical equipment level and resource and energy utilization efficiency through continuous green transformation, and has formed new competitive advantages. But she also stressed that promoting green and low-carbon development of traditional industries is a long-term and sustainable process, which requires the joint efforts of the whole industry.
Lin Lin proposed three implementation paths to accelerate the green transformation of the industry: first, strengthen scientific and technological innovation, focus on the research and development of green low-carbon technologies with low water consumption, low energy consumption and low emissions, and deepen the collaborative innovation of industry, university, research and application; Secondly, we should improve the level of technological equipment and promote the green and intelligent upgrading of equipment; The third is to build a green supply chain system and promote the use of environmentally friendly dyes and chemicals and renewable raw materials. For the application of green raw materials, Lyocell fiber, a renewable and biodegradable environmental fiber, has grown rapidly in recent years, but its large-scale application is restricted by the problem of fibrillation. At present, the leading enterprises represented by Sidelli Group have made breakthrough progress by combining the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain and tackling technical problems such as "Lyocell dyeing, finishing and fiber locking process".
This technical exchange meeting focused on Lyocell fiber application, aiming to promote collaborative innovation of the industrial chain. Lin Lin called on industry enterprises to strengthen cooperation and jointly build Lyocell fiber into a "new quality force" to promote the high-quality development of the printing and dyeing industry, so as to make contributions to achieving a comprehensive green transformation.

In his speech, Wang Suisheng, Deputy General Manager of Lyssell Business of Saideli Group, said that green and low-carbon development has a profound impact on the textile industry layout and supply chain procurement decisions. Special seminar: focus on technological breakthrough and innovative practice
The conference specially invited many industry experts and enterprise representatives to carry out thematic sharing around the technical issues related to Lyocell fiber. The core topics include:
Fang Kuanjun, a professor of Qingdao University, made a special report on "high-end printing and dyeing fabrics made of wood fiber: multi-scale structure control and high-value realization strategy", proposed the multi-scale structure control strategy of wood fiber (Lyocell, Modal, viscose), and helped high-end printing and dyeing fabrics achieve breakthroughs in environmental protection and performance. Fang Kuanjun pointed out that with closed-loop production and excellent performance, Lyocell fiber is expected to exceed 1.1 million tons of production capacity in China in 2025, becoming a key alternative to synthetic fiber.
At the technical level, the team achieved high value through fiber ratio (such as Lyocell/cotton blend to optimize moisture and heat management), yarn structure (core spun yarn to enhance elasticity) and molecular scale dye design (to improve color fastness). For the pain points of Lyocell fibrillation, the dyeing crosslinking one bath method is introduced to save energy and prevent fuzzing.
In terms of the market, wood fiber has expanded from clothing and home textile to medical, automotive and other fields. The EU's "Green New Deal" and China's "14th Five Year Plan" policies have accelerated its popularity. In the future, the integration of diversified raw materials (agricultural and forestry wastes) and intelligent printing and dyeing technology will become the core direction of cost reduction and efficiency increase.

Pan Yanhua, Director of Downstream Market Development of Sidelli Group, delivered a keynote speech on "Fiber Enlightens the Green Future -- the Diversified Development Road of Sidelli Lyocell". Sidelli Group is promoting the development of the textile industry towards green and high-performance by virtue of the world's leading Lyocell fiber technology. This fiber combines the comfort of cotton, the strength of polyester and the touch of silk, And the whole process of green production: solvent is recyclable and biodegradable, and the carbon emission is 73% lower than that of ordinary Lyocell.
Saideli ensures the stable supply of raw materials through the integrated layout of forest pulp and fiber and relying on the million hectares of plantation forest resources of Golden Eagle Group. Its products cover standard, cross-linked and fine denier Lyocell, and are widely used in clothing, home textile and emerging fields. In view of the problem of fibrillation, Saideli launched innovative solutions together with DeMei Chemical, and joined hands with Anta, Taipingniao and other brands to promote market popularization. In addition, through industrial chain collaboration, Sidelli has deeply cooperated with printing and dyeing, yarn and fabric enterprises to continue to expand Lysell's applications in knitting, weaving and other fields, helping the textile industry to achieve low-carbon transformation.

Yang Zhizhuo, Application Technology Director of Guangdong Demi Fine Chemical Group Co., Ltd., wrote "Symbiosis · Innovation: LyoZeo of Demi ® Technology matrix drives LyoZeo's application of new changes ® The technology matrix provides systematic solutions for the pain points in the industry such as fibrillation and abrasion in Lyocell fiber dyeing and finishing. Its core LyoLink ® Fiber locking technology realizes simultaneous completion of in tank dyeing and fibrillation control through molecular crosslinking technology. After testing, Lyocell blended fabric still has no fuzzing and whitening after 10 times of washing, and is compatible with reactive, acid and other dyes.
In view of the scratch problem caused by the high swelling of Lyocell fiber, Germany and the United States developed a special anti scratch agent, which is resistant to high temperature, acid and alkali, can reduce the friction coefficient of the fabric by more than 50%, and optimize the parameters and process of the dyeing vat. The technology covers woven, knitted and Lyocell/cotton, Lyocell/polyester and other blended fabrics, and supports the coordination of finishing such as singeing and wool eating. The scheme has passed Bluesign certification, which will accelerate the large-scale application of Lyocell in clothing, home textile and other fields.

Li Qin, Manager of the Dyeing and Finishing Research Department of Hangzhou Xinsheng Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd., said in the "Sharing of Dyeing and Finishing Process Practice of Lyocell Fiber Woven Fabrics" that Hangzhou Xinsheng Textile, through 14 years of technology iteration, has formed three generations of dyeing and finishing process systems for Lyocell fiber woven fabrics, focusing on the pain points such as fibrillation and wrinkle. Version 1.0 uses fibrillation characteristics to develop peach skin style; Version 2.0 optimizes yarn crimp structure through alkali treatment to solve the whitening problem after washing; In version 3.0, the German American one bath fiber locking agent DM-2488D is used to achieve simultaneous completion of dyeing and anti fibrillation, and the wet abrasion fastness is increased by 30%.
The technical breakthroughs include: avoiding creases in the air flow dyeing machine, controlling deformation by preshrinking and desizing of the batching enzyme, optimizing the cloth speed to reduce scratches, etc. At present, the products have been expanded to knitting (Lyssel/nylon blend) and acetic acid blend to meet the needs of shirts, sportswear and other scenes.

Jin Zuo, the general manager of Hangzhou Southeast Wool Textile Dyeing and Finishing Co., Ltd., brought "the sharing of dyeing and finishing process of Lyocell fiber knitted fabrics". Hangzhou Southeast Wool Textile Dyeing and Finishing Co., Ltd., based on many years of high-end fabric production experience, summarized a set of efficient dyeing and finishing solutions for the pain points of Lyocell fiber fibrillation industry. Relying on international advanced low bath ratio dye vats and testing equipment, the company significantly improves the quality stability of Lyocell fabrics by optimizing process parameters and auxiliary selection.
Lyocell fiber is easy to fibril due to its high swelling (lateral swelling 35% - 40%) and unique skin core structure. Southeast wool textile proposed two major solutions: first, fiber opening process (fiber opening → dyeing → wool eating), fully exposed fiber after treatment; The second is the conventional process (singeing → cross-linking dyeing → wool eating), which delays the formation of hairiness through cross-linking auxiliaries. The test shows that the fabric with German American fiber locking agent still keeps good appearance after 10 times of washing. He stressed that it is necessary to control the bath ratio and the tank load, and select dual reactive dyes to reduce friction and swelling effects, so as to provide more durable Lyocell fabrics for the downstream.

Zhuang Weitao, the R&D/sales director of Fentengke Textile of Guangdong Hongxing Industrial Co., Ltd., made a special report on "Fenteng+Sideley Lyssell: Exploration and Achievements of Knitting Lyssell", and said that Fenteng, a household clothing brand under Hongxing Industrial Co., Ltd., jointly launched an innovative household clothing fabric series based on Lyssell Fiber, Redefine high-quality household apparel with "five good standards (good comfort, good skin affinity, good ventilation, good environmental protection, and good durability)". Lyocell fiber is 100% biodegradable with closed-loop production process, which perfectly conforms to Fenten's concept of sustainable development.
In view of the problems in the fiber chemical industry of Lyocell, Fentenko textile technology team, together with Sideli, Guangdong Demi and professional printing and dyeing enterprises, developed a series of pure Lyocell spandex fabrics through innovative solutions such as yarn optimization and fiber locking technology in the same bath. After 30 times of washing, they still remain wrinkle resistant and lint free. In addition, Fenteng continues to promote the transformation of green science and technology, applying Lyocell fiber to TS wrinkle resistant cotton, TS rib breathing cotton and other fabrics, combining intelligent weaving and bio based material technology, to provide solutions with both environmental protection and performance for the household clothing industry.

To build an efficient docking platform for the industrial chain, this exchange meeting further deepened cooperation and promoted the transformation of technological achievements. Through collaborative innovation of upstream and downstream, it is believed that Lyocell fiber will become a "new quality force" for high-quality development of the textile industry, and inject green momentum into the realization of the "dual carbon" goal.
The exchange meeting was hosted by China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association, co organized by Sideley Group, and hosted by Dong Shuxiu, Vice President of China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association.
