Combined with the traditional hemp fiber degumming process, the bamboo shell was degumming. On the basis of removing hemicellulose, lignin and pectin, the degumming method suitable for bamboo shell was selected, and a new degumming process was designed to extract high-quality bamboo shoot shell fiber more accurately.

According to Zhou Xiaojie, they studied the structure and properties of the bamboo shoot shell fibers and determined their spinnability. Finally, according to the research results and the application requirements of the products, the process design of weaving and weaving was made, and bamboo and shell fiber was used to make spinning and various fabrics.

Zhou Xiaojie explained that the study created a unique semi degumming process, obtained a new type of natural textile fiber, developed the rotor spinning line, and obtained the curtain fabric containing bamboo shoot shell fiber in the trial weaving, and refreshed the history of bamboo shoot shell in the textile field, which is the first time at home and abroad.
